We were recently asked by an industry magazine our thoughts and opinions on life in the freelance lane. It got us back to thinking of the day we found out we weren't going to have a job. Then we came across Lemonade. When Erik Proulx, a Sr. Copywriter at Arnold Boston until October of last year, was made redundant he set up the website pleasefeedtheanimals.com a sort of place to find out info on all things unemployment. He's then gone on to create the film 'Lemonade'. As it's synopsis states 'More than 70,000 advertising professionals have lost their jobs in this “Great Recession.” Lemonade is about what happens when people who were once paid to be creative in advertising are forced to be creative with their own lives.'
